Inventory Report

The garden, driveway, garage and any other outbuildings, such as sheds are also included in the inventory, listing items such as garden furniture, ornamental pots etc.

All items will be graded to give a clear indication of the condition. An example of the inventory can be found at the bottom of this page.
Meter readings will also be taken on the day of the inventory.

Mid Term Check

We can also carry out a periodic check on your property, reporting to your any problems the tenant may be having with the property, repairs that are needed and any evidence that the property is being neglected in any way.

Check-out Report

When the tenant moves out, the property should be visited as soon as possible to look for any dilapidations, taking into account wear and tear by using the inventory as a reference. This is vital before you decide if any money is to be deducted from the tenants deposit for any necessary repairs. Final meter readings will also be taken on the day of the check-out report.

We can arrange for collection of the keys or to meet you at the property if you prefer.
